The owner and primary caretaker, Vida is awesome. She's caring, friendly and highly knowledgeable. I love her, and so does my sister. I highly recommend Options for Senior America Annapolis.

In general, live-in care is very expensive, and so it's hard to compare companies, since we only used Senior Options. Assisted Living has been a better long term solution for us. Senior Options was good for the short term.

Optimal responses to chaotic situations; when in the middle of crisis it's reassuring to know that you have someone to help formulate and implement your plan B. Daily life is difficult for us, simply with me being a full time caretaker for my wife, taking care of day to day living. However that also creates it's own challenge, when you find your self a single point of failure. Without her skills and help, we would be floundering; now we have the kind quality and essential assistance we have been looking for. Kudos, Ms. [name removed].

My mother and I have been through a rough time finding dependable and reliable care givers for her. Doing it on your own is very hard because you don't know who to trust. (and we trusted the wrong people). I found a business card in the Post office with Options name and thought why not try...[Name removed] answered the phone and was so nice and transferred me to her boss, [name removed], she listened to my issues and trusted me she could find the right person (people) to help us. Well she did not lie! If one caregiver cannot come in than they send another. We have not had a caregiver we do not like, my mom loves them all. Highly recommend!

I have been worried about my mom having COPD, she lives alone and a hour or more away from us. The Branch manager and I have talked off and on for over a month, I finally had some time to meet with her and she actually traveled over an hour just to meet face to face. I was able to meet the two owners, brothers, that obviously know what they are doing to be hiring such skilled people. 30 years in business says a lot and the resources that the manager was able to give me were incredible. As a business owner myself I expect higher standards. I am getting that with Options! Feeling better knowing that Options will be there for my mom! Highly recommended!

Got Options name from the Departmenet on Aging Resource Guide. We did not contact other agencies as the initial contact was excellent with Options both Community Relations Manager and Care Coordinator.We will use Options again as we need to.

They are flexible with hours and if my Mom is not happy with a caretaker, they will assign her a different one. I think the manager does a great job and I appreiate all that's being done for Mom's care.

Flexibility, responsiveness to schedule changes are the best thing I like about Options.

Office staff very effective. Any staffing problems, [Name removed] works hard to accommodate! New employee called to introduce and to assist. The care provider [Name removed] is good. and the overall service is excellent.

The care provider [Name removed] was only a fill in and on an as needed basis few times. Enjoyed having new care provider [Name removed] . Spoke to the manager Katie regarding having [Name removed] permanent care provider going forward. My father-in-law loved having her. She goes above and beyond to help us out.

Got Options name from the Internet. We spoke to few agencies but decided to go with Options because [Name removed], the Community Relations manager was compassionate and had a wonderful demeanor. Superb customer service. They went above and beyond. Overall experience so far is excellent.

Best customer service from [Name removed], the care coordinator, and [Name removed], the community relations manager. [Name removed] has dropped by several times to check up. Both caregivers assigned to my mother are excellent and the staff is very responsive.

They deserve a 5 in all aspects of their home care services from caregivers to staff at branch and corporate office.

Work Life Services at NSA gave us a few names of agencies. We contacted several and selected Options because of their price and 24/7 live-in service. They were professional and responsive to our needs and their caregivers were aware of their duties. The overall experience with Options was excellent.

We had a great experience with this home care agency. The caregivers that came out to the house were professional and personable . They were great companions. They made setting up the service easy and were very informative. I liked that I always spoke to a person when I called and not a recording. I would use this service again and I would recommend it.

A Place for Mom gave us the name of this agency. We called them and the initial contact was excellent. The staff were professional and responsive to our needs and the care providers performance is very good. So far overall experience is excellent.

Horrible service. Contracted for 4hrs per week. NO service for 3 out of 4 weeks. was billed for hours where no service was provided closed contract would not recommend the agency
