DO NOT USE

Please take my advice and DO NOT use this company. I never received the signed agreement after numerous requests. They said they would be transparent in seeing and approving the aides timesheets and they have failed to do. Everyday they were late beyond an hour, and although there were promises that this would be fixed and closely monitored, they instead tell me that their aides worked additional hours beyond the agreed hours each day. When I cancelled the agreement, thinking I was giving a 72 hour notice, the CEO cancelled effective immediately. Now they are holding a week’s worth of money that should be refunded to me. My ring camera can prove the hours they worked, but the only response I received was I regret having you as a client. I will pursue getting my money back no matter what it takes. I had no concerns with his staff, except felt bad for them because they were put in a position to be late everyday due to how he schedules aides. I rate 0
