We have had our mother here for more than 10 years. When all she needed was help with meds the place was great and the irritations were paying for toilet paper and taking her to every doctors appointment. Now her leg strength is as good and her short term memory is bad she has been found unresponsive >3 times that nearly killed her bc they didn’t check the room for >4 hours. They gave her food poisoning and she was found unresponsive and blue in the face and finger tips on the commode, aspirated vomit, low O2, thought she had a heart attack so they did a full code (she’s a DNR) and every transfer to ER we’ve heard there was NO history given on her from facility. I wish we had never put her here!

A Place for Mom has scored Ocean View At Falmouth 2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
