The mission of Nova is to support and care for families living in and around Manassas, Virginia, by providing compassionate, innovative, and personalized support. Each individualized care plan is supervised by a registered nurse. The detail-oriented team is available to provide services as needed to maximize progress and independence. Available services include personal care, skilled nursing, memory care, respite care, occupational therapy, companion care, post-surgery care, and private-duty nursing.
