We used Next Evolution very short-term because my loved one didn't want the help. But I thought they were very helpful and provided good service and availability. I liked that they weren't pushy at all when we cancelled after just a couple of weeks. The caregiver they sent did spend time on her phone, but that was because my loved one wasn't allowing her to do things. The one thing we did ask for was help with cooking, which she didn't know how to do, but she did try. We would use them again if we needed care for a loved one.... Read more

I would tell others the issues we have is with the stability of the caregivers. They kept changing on us. We would get ones that we like and were really good and worked well with my mother in law, but they wanted more hours so they wanted to change. I think our experience would be better if there was more consistency.
