My Parent has lives here for years. However, since the new Management has taken over, it has become a roach infested home with no working laundry room for over a year, and elevators and frequently break down requiring those who cannot take the stairs to sleep Overnight In The main lobby. It is a shame that they are allowed To treat the elderly in such an inhumane way!
