This is a horrible agency. If you would like to have people come into your home and ignore you when you speak to them,[removed], [removed], text message their friends and family while they are being paid to work and not bother to show up or call when they are scheduled then this is the agency for you!!!! I would just like to add that when you call the office to complain, they act like YOU are the problem and you have unreasonable expectations.
