It's a nice small place with huge problem, staff is not happy, very grumpy, on the floor and in main office especially reception, not willing to listen or understand your concern, e.g , you pay for a card that works maybe 10 % of the time, when u report the problem, front desk doesn't understand, her response is it's working today so it's not a problem. Today I visited a relatively on 2 south, it's was upsetting to see the lack of care that he has been given, I arrived at 11:45 am n was shock lto see how dirty his clothes n room was, dishes on the window sill n food all over his pants. I understand that 2 s has been on isolation n it's much more difficult when in isolation but these are still people who depends on us for help, we cannot just ignore them, this is the field we have chosen so we should take a little pride in what we do n how we do it. Lastly mealtime are very zoo like, it should be a more peaceful time,staff is not conscious of how loud they are.
