Old, dingy and would have to share a bathroom

It was awful! It looked old and dirty and the dealbreaker with me was not only would my mother have a roommate, but she would have to share a bathroom with people across the way, and she was griping about having to share it was one person, let alone three. I was there for less than 10 minutes, the appearance of it was just dingy.
