Major miscommunication, they were not able to accommodate our families needs and wishes. Anytime we got a hold of them our conversation was dropped immediately, and workers would just leave our loved one by themselves hours before they were supposed to.

We chose Magnolia Affordable Home Care because she has early stages of dementia and I felt that when I met the caregiver she would have she would give her good care. She very sweet and very kind. We have had some scheduling issues but overall I would recommend them to others and I have been pleased.

The young lady who provides care for my wife is excellent. She arrives on time and often does household chores without my asking. She helps my wife get out of bed, use the bathroom, get dressed, and moves her throughout the house. She also fixes my wife breakfast or lunch and cleans up afterwards. She is very solicitous with my wife. I feel very comfortable leaving my wife in her care.
