Everybody here has been amazing. Not only for just making sure his needs are met but also making sure I'm comfortable because I stay with him. And that's something else that we like, that they let me stay here with him. I appreciate how in-tune they are to adjusting therapy each day based on his abilities each day. Everybody here has been amazing and made sure all his needs are met. One of the nurses the other night, drove me to a store so I could make sure we had what we needed for the night. Also, when we first got here there was a lot of miscommunication between the hospital and a medical equipment company. She worked for hours on the phone making sure he got the equipment he needed. She told me that he's her patient, he needs it, so he'll get it. I appreciate how friendly they are, we feel like family. They clean the room every day. It's not that every meal was the best, but it's mostly really good. If you don't like what's served you can ask for an alternate. They make sure we knew that this was home while we were here and that if there are any issues we knew who to get a hold of. They check in a couple of times a week just to make sure everything is still going smooth. Any changes in medications and they let us know.

My mom has a nice private room with a phone and they are taking pretty good care of her. There is one guy, he is really super awesome. They call when anything happened or with her medicine, appointments, or any test they ran.

There was poor communication. There were things that they did not call me about.

Everything is okay right now. So far everybody has been very nice.

The whole stay went well. She played bingo and they put makeup on her and they went above and beyond. They took her for a walk in her wheelchair. When I picked her up she said she would like to go back there. They knew what they were doing and professional. They were friendly and courteous. They checked on her. The communication was excellent and they knew right away how she is doing. They would show us her charts to see what she was getting. The nurse and nurses aides were good.

The therapy is working well. They're doing a pretty good job, she seems happy. I was surprised that the meals were good, even my wife likes them! They look good and they smell good. They do a great job. Everybody is friendly. On the night shift, there is a lady there, she's spends time with her. They talk and stuff. She's real nice. The only thing I would recommend is that they put some showers in the rooms.

It's pretty good. The staff is always there for her and they've been really good about making sure she's comfortable.

They seem to be pretty good. She pushes her call button and it takes a while to get help. They are all very friendly. They are so nice and caring. The meals always look good. They do call me and answer my questions.

Overall my husband is happy there and does not want to go anywhere else. There were a lot of changes that came about in May and I think we are still getting used to everything including their names. I would recommend the facility but I would say that the family members need to stay on top of their loved one's care. The nurses are pretty good but there is more variation with the aides. Some days are better than others. They do try with the cleaning. He does like their meals.

Overall, everything was exceptional.

I have never had an issue with the staff care and they are absolutely friendly.

I liked the overall atmosphere and the friendly people who work there. They were not only friendly but also very easy to understand and went out of their way to get my loved one transferred there. I found it very clean. Also, the room where everyone ate was very pleasant. I found everybody to be very cooperative.

The therapy has been absolutely wonderful for me. There have really been some great staff members that have helped me but this time around it is hard to find staff that is able to help. This happens throughout the day and night. It seems as though they are so understaffed that the staff that is here cannot keep up. I love so many of the aides. There have been a couple of odd ones but overall they are so friendly and helpful.
