My brother in law is still there in ur facility but we heared over the fone how ur staff there disrespect our relative. He shouted at the patient but refused to give his details. Please do something about this please. My brother in law is a stroke patient. Your stuff should know the word respect especially to elders! Besides,my bro in law wants any staff to help him there especially in using gym facility, but no one cares. He got no help or assistance from anyone. We need help for my bro in law

My mom [name removed] has been in there for over two weeks. We(her family) have trying to reach her. The phone is always busy as well as the facility' s main phone. Why can't we reach a human person to find out what is going on with her care and why can't we talk to her. I am extremely upset about this. Most of us live far away so can't come there.

My granny has been here a for 2 days and they have manage to lose 2 very important things (hearing aid controller, and a back brace). The quality of physical therapy seems good, but everything else is horrendously disorganized. Additionally, the facility doesn't seem particularly clean and smells like feces. Nurses and CNA'S take a very long time to respond to calls and issues. From my experience, I would not recommend this facility.

This facility claims to provide comprehensive wound care. My fiance has lived there for over a year. He is paralyzed and needs help to turn every two hours. When he first went there, he had one small bed sore. Now it is larger than my fist and two more have developed. He complains all the time that the nursing staff do not do their jobs. They often don't respond to call lights for over an hour. He has reported that one nurse attempted to give him duplicate medication, another touched him twice with someone else's feces on her gloves, and they given him gowns to wear with bloody stains on them. We would not recommend this facility. The food is downright awful and pretty much only the administrators and a few nurses speak fluent English so communicating with the staff is difficult at best when you need to describe the help you need. The directors will also lie to you and then deny it and say you are the liar. About the only thing good about the place is its proximity to Stanford.
