I moved here almost 5 years ago and I have been nickeled and dimed to death for stupid little things like my garbage being on my porch for 10 minutes while I gathered the rest. it was outside for no more than 15 minutes yet I still got a fine for [price removed]. The [language removed] who rides around in his little cart must get a cut of all fines because ALL my neighbors are complaining about the same thing
