Pulmonologist placed order for CPAP machine because they were told there were no back orders. That was over five weeks ago and no CPAP. Called two days ago to complain and find out when I can expect my machine. Customer Service person I spoke with at main number could not confirm. Said their respiratory therapist would call me with an update. No call over the two days. So, I repeat; worst Customer Service ever.
