The team here is incredibly kind and attentive, making every resident feel like part of a close-knit community. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, which instantly put our minds at ease. It's a great place.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They made sure all our concerns were addressed timely and I was happy to see my brother comfortable and relaxed. This facility is wonderful for your loved ones.

My sister was here during her rehab stay. She loved the rehab therapy and she also liked her therapist. The staff was very nice and good with me. They made sure to provide me everything on time. I recommend this place.

Laurel Bay Rehab is a pleasant rehab center. The nurses, aides, and staff are all excellent at their jobs. They work long hours, and help the residents with what they need, every day. HR deserves an extra star for finding such great people to work here. The facility was very clean. Residents were treated with kindness and by name. I appreciate each member of the staff and thank them for helping my brother.

I've been at Laurel Bay for 7 months and counting. So far I've gone from the wheelchair to the walker and now walking on my own. I went from oxygen dependent to just minimal use. The team here is on top of all transports which are usually on time. I love the caring and sensitive team here. The entire administration team know everyone's names and needs. They are very hands on. The individual care we all receive is top notch. As a former EMT I gotta say all the nurses and CNAs are just amazing. This is the best facility. Its a block from the beach. The new york skyline is right here. All aboard the Laurel bay ship. God bless you all!!

I was very nervous about the pain and call time in getting the help I received. Laurel Bay to do well on all ends! It’s very clean and the staff is knowledgeable . I especially liked all the nurses aides and nurses thank you!

Laurel Bay Rehab was a pleasant surprise. The nurses, aides and staff are all excellent at their jobs. They work long hours, go above and beyond expectations and help the residents with what they need….every day. HR deserves an extra star for finding such great people to work here. Communication from the various directors was consistent. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. PT/OT and speech therapy were each well organized. The facility was very clean and odorless. Residents were treated with kindness and by name. Should the need arise, I would request Laurel Bay again. I appreciate each and every member of the staff and thank them for helping my husband.

When one of my family members was declining in health, I had done a virtual tour of this facility. The staff all seemed extremely pleasant and supportive of me and my family during this time. The staff alone was one reason why I was 100% certain that this facility would be the one for when we would need it. I suggest everyone who is in a similar situation, to give Laurel bay a shot.

I love Laurel Bay they go out of their way to help you in any way they can Therapy Dept. all work hard together to give you the therapy you need they are always there for you Our Pulmonary Dept. is also great they have all the equipment required to give your lungs the assistance they need, we also have a great Pulmonologist he gives you the care you need and will answer any questions you may have. Laurel Bay is very family oriented it's the best health and rehab around I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff at Laurel Bay excels in everything they do. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care that my brother receives at this facility. EVERYONE is so pleasant and kind. So glad we choose Laurel Bay!

My grandma stayed at Laurel Bay and she had a wonderful experience. The staff at Laurel are authentic and genuine and I felt I knew my grandma was safe, which can be a hard thing to say when entrusting the well-being of a loved one to a facility. They treated her with exceptional care and my family is so happy to have had her there.

I’ve had countless great experiences with this Rehab center. My family member was recently admitted about six months ago and also tells me she really enjoys the staff she interacts with on a daily basis. When I check in with the office, they are able to provide me with adequate information on how my family member is doing in their care, and are very polite and respectful while doing so. Highly recommend

My mom has been at Laural Bay rehab/nursing (area) from a fall at her assisted living. I am so glad I have her here! It is sterile smelling, clean beyond measure,no covid at all in facility. Enough staff that your not waiting more then 5 min. [name removed] the social worker is amazing so are the nurses. (I forgot their names). [name removed] is the greatest! The rehab area is all renovated. Mom is getting PT and occupational therapies. The nurses noticed a UTI and medication was given. And in PT she had a fainting episode. They called ambulance Transportation with 911 and as they were informing me, the transpormation arrived. I am very pleased.

My mother resided here for a total of 4 months before her very tragic and unexplained passing. She was very young with a very aggressive form of dementia. My siblings and i were out of options for caring for her at home and laurel bay advertises themselves as specializing in memory care . From our experience this is very untrue . She was put on and off several psych medications that took away any bit of her that was left. There were a handful of CNAs that really did give our mother the level of care we had hoped for but that was where it ended. We were called and informed that she had a fever and was being brought to the hospital , when I arrived she couldn’t even lift her head or speak to me no one could give me answers they said she arrived that way . We were seeing my mom every week up until two weeks prior to this fever bc we had a brand new baby in the family and couldn’t make it there . So what transpired in those two weeks that we didn’t see her we will never really know . She quickly declined in the hospital she had clots in both lungs from what we were told was from her being so immobile . This was the same woman who 1 month ago could not be still , she paced from the anxiety and when she was calm was dancing all over . She passed away two weeks after being admitted to the hospital. She didn’t have much for belongings , some pictures ( there were several lost within her first month there during a room change ) and her wedding band . In trying to track down her wedding ring which prior to entering laurel bay she had NEVER taken off , EVER i was told that it was found on the floor by one worker who gave it to another worker who placed it on the nurses cart. From there it disappeared. No trace of it . I filed a police report with no success. The only piece of her marriage , of her life before her disease, her 42 year marriage . GONE. To add salt to the wound as we were mourning our mother on our first Xmas without her we received a call on CHRISTMAS EVE from the billing department asking to collect a fee of 300$ that was owed from her stay !!!!!!! No condolences , just looking to collect . While a little lengthy in description this was our experience in laurel bay for the very brief time our mother was there, Putting mom into a nursing home truly was a last resort for us , we thought it was the right thing for her , we tried to care for her so long on our own and we thought they could provide her with what we couldn’t. There is no doubt in my mind our mother would’ve Alive today If we had kept her home for longer .

All departments including nursing, housekeeping, and dietary all do a good job. I enjoy attending bingo, BB's, reading, and socializing with my peers.

The staff at Laurel Bay is so friendly and comforting they make everyone feel at home. All departments including nursing, recreation, dietary, and housekeeping all do a great hob. I enjoy attending being, horse racing, special events, BBQ's, arts and crafts, coffee socials, and having my nails done. I enjoy eating lunch and dinner in the main dining room where I can socialize with my peers.
