This place was an absolute mess. Dirty carpet, dirty dishes pilled in the sink and counters, along with an empty bottle of wine in between them. Which would explain why the owner/caregiver seemed to be intoxicated. He was rude and didn't seem to have any people skills, nor did he seem to know what he was talking about in regards to resident care. Lastly the medication cabinet was open with the lock for it sitting on top. This place is not where our parent, nor any parent should ever stay.
