Response from Indigo Nursing Services
January 13, 2022Thank you for your kind review. We try hard and are working on our communication :-) We are a small office with a dedicated team of wonderful people who work diligently to serve our customers and staff.
Some aspects were wonderful, and others not so wonderful. The manager was just wonderful, I had surgery last year and I needed someone available when I came home from the hospital that day, and she worked with me to make sure someone would show up. She was very caring, involved and professional. The worker during the day was fun when she was awake, but mostly slept until I needed her assistance. She seemed very bright but could of used a little training when it came to the cooking and light house keeping. The lady who came in the evening was better at these things.
Response from Indigo Nursing Services
January 13, 2022Mr. W - Thank you so much for your review. I remember you fondly and hope you and your sister on the West Coast are healthy and well!! I am glad you liked our service and that I personally did a good job for you. I wish I had known Ms. B had not given you the best service at the time - she would have been replaced before her next shift. We also would not have sent her for the additional days you scheduled. Our sincere apologies - we would have corrected the situation had we known during our 2-week assignment.
