I would say give them a try. I would definitely recommend seeing if they have something that meets up with your needs. Not every family has one size fits all problems. They've been particularly helpful in finding caregivers for our family. It took a while to get there, but the owner kept working with us. Right now we just have caregiver who comes in six days a week, which has been really important for us. She's relatively young and doesn't have a lot of work experience, but she's willing to try and put in the effort. Working in any home environment has some drawbacks with no coworkers or direct supervisor, so finding someone who's willing to show up and do the work has been a huge plus for our family.
