Average across the board

Our experience has been average across the board. The caregivers themselves have been generally friendly, although we've encountered some unprofessional behavior (excessive smoke breaks, hesitance to provide care, etc). We've also had issues with scheduling and/or tardiness more than once. Again, no major issues, but the service does not inspire confidence. We may try out a different agency soon.
