The company isn't good at communication, or good at follow through. Once you call they are great. I asked for someone to come out 5 days a week for care for our loved one and had to follow up. The individual that deals with the insurance has been wonderful to work with. They are higher than any other company in the industry. I'm not sure why they are higher priced.

We had issues with the care givers, the first person we dealt with was lovely, but it was their first day on the job, brand new and not experience at all which we felt was a little inappropriate for our situation. They also did not take any initiative unless they had a list of things written out for them to do, so we did not feel we got our money's worth.

They are a home care provider, sending caregivers into the home. The staff is really very good. The overall value of their service is very high - I gave them a five. The care services are okay. The activities are on the same level as the care services.
On the caregivers, some were great and some were awful. It was really hot or cold. The communications with their main office was poor at best, they were constantly changing out care givers. With my mom, inconsistencies with care givers is an issue.
Services are private pay, but director should be able to direct me to a medicare-covered nurse

This place seems the most interesting. It has the best and informative website. I spoke to the Director several times and some people he works with. I have an appt. this week to see him at his office to talk more and get the ball rolling. His office and his business associates have helped with my questions. I am impressed with this place.
