Overall, Homewatch CareGivers was reliable. We had a couple of miscommunication that led to missed service. Overall, the caregivers were excellent. We ended up putting my father in a memory care center near my home last June, and he passed away in October.
Homewatch Caregivers of Keller have been wonderful to work with. They are there all the time when you need them. Staff are very responsive and answer any questions we have had in timely. We would definitely recommend their services.

I was not very impressed with how they handled things with us. They are good people and they do try. But they lack with other things. They were not able to give my mother a shower and they just need some more training.
We used Homewatch Caregivers after my dad came home from surgery and needed 24/7 care. They were amazing! [name removed] and his staff worked immediately to make the arrangements to ensure we could get him home immediately with the needed care. I must say that we were extremely happy with every caregiver that was sent. My mother has severe Alzheimers and they were so kind, caring and helpful that we kept them on to help out each day for part of the day even when we no longer needed 24/7 care for my dad. Very reliable, great communication, helpful, polite, kind, we were just so very happy with their service! Most caregivers went above and beyond to help out during their shifts. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of care for a loved one. We eventually had to place my parents in Assisted Living because they really needed 24/7 constant support but had the circumstances been different, we would of continued to use this company. Totally recommend!!!!

I have no worries with these services and they work great with my loved one. I would recommend these services if needed for your loved one. They are always on time and patient someone you would want to have take care of your loved one.

We have multiple caregivers and sometimes it can be hard to get used to a caregiver when they change so often. The agency is good but sometimes the changes make it hard. They do exercise and walking activities with my loved one and also provide transportation.
