Communication with the office is always smooth, and they’re incredibly responsive to any questions or changes in care needs. I can’t thank them enough for the peace of mind they provide. If there were ten stars..I'd have highlighted them all.. Hands down! I have been homebound and in need of caregivers for 12+ years, I am still a...fairly young Female veteran.. I have never received care at this level! I actually know that my needs are being addressed and don't have to worry about sacrificing one thing for another..i.e. groceries instead of a shower... I am treated with respect for once instead of a means to a paycheck. If you or a loved one is in need of some home health.. Whether it be for recovery after a big surgery or because of limitations/handicap. Take my word for it...Stop looking!! You found the One of.. If not the only company that treats it's employees and clients alike with respect and understanding.. Having a very high standard for it's employees and thus conduct.I've been with my fair share of companies.. Some of which left me high and dry without any care for months. Thank you!

5 All across the board. We have found great value with them and my mom seems to be really enjoying the staff. They've been very helpful for us and when one girl heard that my mom had fallen again, she alerted her advisor and advisor came over to just double check on my mom and they've been very good actually. They check in quite often to make sure everything is going well.

We use home care services through HomeWell Care Services of Colorado Springs for my loved one. The caregivers are great! Communication with the family is awesome. Our needs are definitely being met. They call regularly to check up. I would highly recommend HomeWell Care Services of Colorado Springs to others.

I would recommend them to others. The sales rep lady was very very helpful in coordinating things and adjusting things for me. I had to adjust a lot, so it was hard to get a regular caretaker. I did not like the part of having four hours minimum every day cause some days I only needed a couple of hours. So, more flexibility would've been nice. But I had my back messed up and really couldn't get around much, so they helped basically clean the house and kitchen and help me fix my bed and change my sheets. Because I could not lift anything or barely move. They even walked my dogs for me, which was helpful.

I was provided the best fast care service I have experienced in not only my 30 Years of Military Service but also in my 60 years of life have been treated for many illnesses these are the most professional medical personnel I have experienced.

Everyone we have encountered has been great, there is one worker that comes over to help our loved one and she is amazing. Our loved one has really been able to bond with her and gets excited on the days she comes over to help out.

I talk to the owner today and she was very rude and condescending to me. I asked about what car they get a ride from my mom and she said we can’t help you at this time. Go somewhere else. Stay away from this company .
