All categories of care are deserving of a 5 rating. Number 5&6 (dining and activities) didn't pertain to us. Your help was a huge blessing. All the staff were so amazing! Everyone was very supportive, kind and professional. They were available whenever we needed medical or emotional support. Any time we reached out with questions or concerns we were given the information needed. Thank you so much for the compassionate care and support that was provided for our family.

I worked with [name removed] at Home Matters Caregiving for finding night time care for a dear friend who was placed on Hospice. [name removed] was truly professional, compassionate and attentive to the urgency of our situation. She was diligent and communicative, too! Sadly, my dear friend passed away twenty minutes before [name removed](the caregiver) was scheduled to start her shift. Both [name removed]and [name removed]helped with all the necessary arrangements/Hospice/Funeral Home, etc., and provided such compassionate care to the family.. Home Matters has been an absolute lifesaver helping me care for a very troubled, dementia mother. We are newbies at this and it’s been incredibly frustrating and difficult and heartbreaking. I feel so much better and so grateful for the care team that is helping us get her stable. Home Matters is a wonderful company filling with very loving and supportive people. This organization not only provides great care to their clients but gives back to the community as well. I have personally witnessed them going out of their way to give advice and help to people who may never become clients, simply because it's the right thing to do.

I would say the caregiver quality was quite variable and owners response to a significant safety issue was somewhat lacking I would still recommend and advise caution and oversight
