Overall we were happy with Home Instead. As far as administrators and managers, they worked very hard at trying to meet our needs. There were a couple of incidents with specific caregivers. We had one day when a caregiver didn't show up. However, the administration was very good at finding a replacement right away. We had another instance where a caregiver did not do a good job helping my loved one with his catheter. Despite those isolated incidents, overall we've had a good experience. Once we found a caregiver who was a good fit, we were able to have her there consistently. It did take some time though. Once we found a good fit, we were very happy. In addition to her friendliness, she also was very hard working. She was really very helpful in addressing all of my loved one's needs and took a lot of initiative in making sure he was well cared for.... Read more
Total monthly costs depend on the type of care provided and number of hours per month.
Very pleasant to deal with and well organized. From day 1, the sales person was very honest and presented many options for home care. I am very satisfied with the quality of care - patient and understanding - provided by the home aides. They offer very flexible scheduling. Zero issues with billing; automated billing statements are helpful. Overall, very satisfied with their service.
