They would go with our loved one to lunch and things like that so that he could get out of the house. We do not live near our loved on, but it was very comforting knowing he was well cared for. They could have had a little more of an open line of communication with us but they did try to keep us as informed. Overall we were very pleased with them and would absolutely recommend them.
