Please choose a different location than Punta Gorda-- it's the worst. Why? Caregiver with broken passenger car mirror that could have cut my hand. Another caregiver's car bloke down with me in it! You don't get to see the same caregiver more than twice. They keep changing people. They make you commit to a 4 hour shift, but they change the start time if a caregiver has an appointment-not nice. You don't get what you pay for--the price is too high. Friend said another South Florida location is better, but I am out of their zone, so they won't send a caregiver to me. You have been warned about the Punta Gorda location-- stay clear!

We found that the staff was kind and professional. We might still be using the service if their had been a consistent caregiver. Our caregiver had to have surgery but she was replaced with multiple individuals. Also, the four hour minimum was just to cost prohibitive.
