My mom had a wonderful experience with the first caretaker that was sent out. They really got along well. We only used the service for a couple of weeks. Kathy the LPN contact that was coordinating the caretakers was very responsive and worked very hard to get us care for the days and times we needed even though we were probably challenging by asking to change things up frequently and with little notice at times.
