The good : The office staff was easy to work with & responsive. They were able to get set up quickly to get my mother-in-law the help she needed after hospitalization. They have an office in our community and each time there was a change in caregiver a member of the office staff came out to make a personal introduction to us. Most of the caregivers were willing to do whatever was needed. The not so good: although we use them for just a short time there were many changes in caregivers. We had one no-show. We had multiple times where caregiver schedules/days had to be adjusted or their visits canceled because they had a previous commitment such as vacation. I understand this is part of life but it was very stressful for my mother-in-law to have a different person coming in to help her bathe dress, etc. It made it difficult for her to develop a relationship with them since they were changing.
