Wife needed Palliative care about 2 years ago and was getting spotty help with her care. Talked with case manager and she suggested Home Instead after my complaints about no one available from the other agency. Within 2 hours of that phone call with the case manager I got a call from Home Instead. We set up a meeting to go over my wife's needs and what help I needed. That was only a few days and we met. Very profesional lady came and went through everything with us both and custom fitted not just one, but 2 well experienced caregivers. Best call ever made.
