Some things might not apply, like meals. No one ever prepared a meal for my father. He had several caregivers so not as consistent as desired but the agency tried. Some were not as proactive in offering to do anything, a few were. It seemed that if my Dad was not directing someone, they would have just sat around. He did like everyone so that was good. A couple were very good with being more proactive and offering to do more. My Dad was not as capable of asking for what he needed. I let my Dad take over scheduling and he's really weaned himself from their help and think it was partially his fault for not utilizing opportunities to have more help by not asking those that did not take initiative. Sorry for all the wordiness but that's my take on it. Great company to deal with, people all very nice, just some caregivers didn't recognize they needed to take a bit more of a lead in providing care and assessing needs.
