My neighbor had services, she cancelled because the caregivers sleep half the time, or just sit around. We called the office and they send the same people back. Crazy! If you need care for a loved one don’t go here, waste of money. Expensive too!

Caregivers are consistently late, sometimes rude or lazy. Sometimes they don’t show up at all. They don’t seem to have much training either. It’s very expensive for what you get. Office staff sends a lot of different caregivers too.

We only used them about a week and a half. The management team was very friendly. They missed a day on the schedule and did not show up. I believe there was a personality conflict between [name removed] and one of the aids. [name removed]was very difficult to work with when she first came home. We dismissed them after a week and a half. Due to an incident where [name removed]threatened to shoot the aid. There was no ammunition in the house, but still it was an ugly incident. [name removed] does not want people watching her and telling her what to do. I think the aid was a bit strict. Also, I feel they were a bit pricey, but then, you get what you pay for. I would recommend for someone who can afford them and someone not as strong willed as my cousin

We've been using Home Instead Senior Care for over 8 years. Their office staff and home care aides have all been wonderful. Over the years we've increased and decreased hours depending on my dad's needs. The schedulers are always very accommodating. One note -there were some scheduling difficulties when we needed 24/7 care. It wasn't always easy for them to find staff and we needed to be flexible if there was an hour or two that couldn't be covered. My dad currently has five different caregivers throughout the week. They are all loving, caring, and kind individuals. He's built relationships with them and we feel blessed to have them in our lives. Our family highly recommends this service.

So far they've been great, we haven't had a single issue! Everyone we've spoken with has been very friendly, and the aides have been professional and caring. We've only been using the service a short time but so far there haven't been any issues with scheduling or lateness.

The Director was very professional but seemed to want to push more services than I need right now. Decided not to use their services.
