They are very good at communicating with me if mom seems not herself. Mom likes the two-three girls they have sent to her and have become regulars for her. Which is very important. The only issue I have is someone not showing up the day after Christmas. Her days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. With Christmas being Monday she didn't need someone but they were supposed to come Tuesday. She waited no one came or called. Wednesday the office called and said some girls were sick so there wouldn't be someone out that day. However that said mom was sick with Covid on Wednesday and they said no one could out for five days. The bad part I was sick also. I do understand that mom had Covid, but what I don't understand is what if she had no one else to help her. That's the point of having caregivers come to her home.
