They're very good. Some caregivers are better than others, but the vast majority of them have been wonderful. There's one in particular that we really love. She was a ray of sunshine for us and made us laugh. She put together a chicken roast for us that we were going to bake that day, and she just did it for us. We like the ones like her who take the initiative and are willing to do any kind of chore. My biggest problem is I'm terrible at delegating work to others! They had the hours that we needed for home care. The caregivers that we had were all very kind and caring.

We chose Home Instead Senior Care because my niece had worked for them previously. My biggest issue with them has been the scheduling and communication. I would recommend them with reluctance due to the scheduling problems that we had during our time with them. We did not have any issues with the caregivers at all though.
