To whom it may concern I'm writing this commendation. For one of your staff members [name removed] since [name removed] has been one of the coordinators for for training home health AIDS I have seen more professionalism ,dedication and compassion. This insight that [name removed] has must have took years of training. Humility and compassion come from within she is someone to be emulated thank you home instead .

My elderly mother has been a client for HomeInstead day services for one year. Her caregiver assists with meal prep, showers, exercises, & companionship—which allows me time to run errands and other activities. Since mid-Oct, HomeInstead has provided overnight care to allow me to get more sleep since my mother has been diagnosed with dementia. They are always on time, always positive attitude, and attentive and gentle with my mother. She’s always happy to see them. I have used the service for several years now and make recommendations to friends, frequently.

We have had Home Instead for our Dad's care for over 3 years now. In one word? Blessing!! Simply amazing how perfectly they have matched the right caregivers for the different levels of need for Dad over the years. The care they provide for him is unmatched. The office staff have been accommodating and respectful to him and our family as well. This has been a wonderful experience. I am so thankful! Thank you Home Instead Bethlehem for all that you do for my Dad!

My experience with Home Instead has been nothing short of wonderful! The caregivers are excellent and the office staff is kind and extremely accommodating. This is hands down the best agency in Lehigh Valley.

In-home staff are all very kind and patient. However, the overall business management is extremely poor. My father is currently in hospice care, and the office staff expressed no empathy when we tried to cancel future in-home visits. I understand that there are policies in place, however the complete callousness ("Well you will still be charged - it's in your contract!") is absolutely disgusting. Zero compassion - shame on you.

Home Instead Bethlehem has been a godsend for our family. After our mother was diagnosed with progressive dementia, we needed help to keep her in her home as long as possible, in line with her wishes. The skilled and compassionate ladies that cared for her (when we couldn’t) went above and beyond the expectation and have been a true blessing for us and especially for her. They became an extension of our family, and for that we will always be grateful.
