My father was a patient of home instead. He used oxygen whenever he was at his home. An employee of Home Instead moved the oxygen machine from his bedroom to the living room on [date removed] for him to use, since he was in the living room. We left from there and took my father to dinner. While we were out to dinner the machine was moved back into his room by the home instead employee. When we returned a different home instead employee was there and she took our father to help him change and provided him his oxygen mask and turned on the machine. Unfortunately the machine was unplugged and our father was left without his oxygen machine being on for over 12 hours. When we found him the next morning he was in poor shape, taking jiberish and his oxygen was below 80% based on the finger monitor he utilized. From that point on our father was never coherent again. He took a major turn. He passed away within 48 hours of this. There has been no responsibility taken at all with us for the situation
