The one thing that I think Home Helpers could do to improve would be to give us the opportunity to interview the caregivers before they send them out. My mom has dementia, and some of the caregivers have worked out just fine, but there was one that did not work out. I let them know right away about the one that did not work and they didn't send her again. My mom needs to have a good rapport with the caregivers in order for me to feel comfortable with them enough to be able to leave them with her for a time.
