My mother has been with you for the fall monitor system. The past year they have not been submitting her payments unt a month and a half after she has sent it in. Or she does not get the bill in the mail and she has to go in and pay it now they say they are sending out the date for the bill to be sent to the last Friday of the month and did not send anything out letting them know this. Always some excuse. And when asked gir the phone number for the cooperate office they tell her they don't know it and do not even know where it is located. This is very suspicious. You know the number and where it is located. Things to to get fixed or we are changing companies and will not recommend anyone to you.
