We used home care services through Home Helpers Home Care of Barberton for my loved one and most everything was great for us. The agency honestly went out of their way to work us in and get us care immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Communication was great with me. The only thing I will have to say about communication is that the worker did not communicate directly with me. She communicated on a website to me.

We only used Home Helpers for a month but had a good experience with them. They were really good, I spoke with the owner a couple times on the phone and I really liked her. We also enjoyed our caregiver. I would recommend them and already have.
