My experience with Home Care Partners

I went with them primarily because the person they sent over lived close by. The caregiver that was chosen is an RN but she ended up having the viewpoint of an anti-vaxxer which turned me off a little. She was nice and took him in her car places so there are not big complaints. It was a very limited experience.... Read more

Company is fishy

I have a story to tell, I'm getting it together to share with everyone very soon. This company is definitely a fishy one!! There's only ONE contact for the entire company and I closely came in contact of finding out about overcharging and how they deliver.

Keep your own records

I kept track of everything that was going on and we had one caregiver that was really good but she would only come for part of the time and then charge for the whole time. We would book the time of the day we needed assistance and then the worker just started adjusting it on their own. I was concerned with this. She was a really good worker but there were just certain things. I would just recommend to stay on top of things to make sure you are being billed for the right hours.

A good service!!

The caregivers that we have had out to the house a couple of times were very responsive. They were there on time and everything went very well. When we set up the service things went good and they explained everything. We will be using this service again and I would recommend them.

The Community Needs More Responsible Caregivers!!

The caregiver that came out to our home to help my husband was not very responsible. He was late the first day and seemed more focused on his iPad than helping out. We tried to see what happened the next day since there was a no show and there was bad communication. It took a while to find out what had happened. The time the caregiver was here he did help to prepare a nice meal he also seemed like a nice person.
