A lot depends on the individual caregiver. I have two different caregivers, and each has a different personality and different strengths. Each one is good for their strengths. It depends on what you're looking for. They are both caring and willing to work. My loved one particularly likes them, and that's a big plus. Administration and billing is pretty good. I’m going to try to make this short!! Recently I had some family issues that I had to leave town to take care of. While out of town we were hit this the worst storm ever, Coming home to nothing and having to move not mentally being ok to care for my client. Ben and my client have been more than understanding and empathetic about my situation and have allow me the time to take care of me so I can be good for my client!!! So it’s been amazing working for a company that understands the mentally and emotional need of their staff. ThAnk you for allowing me to be part of such an amazing team
