I pray for these residents everyday. The conditions of these facilities are horrid. The staff has no knowledge or proper training. The new management [name removed] and [name removed] have no idea what they are doing. Rude, unknowledgeable and childish. I have fear for these residents. I hope state is able to shut them down and they can find proper places and care for these poor people. Incredibly sad, please do not stick your loved ones here. You will regret it as I have.

What a joke of a facility. Overcharged residents, underpaid staff, unreliable and inexperienced management, terrible food, very unprofessional and disgusting. Run far away. So glad I got my loved one out of there. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

If only there was a way to put a negative rating for a facility. Understaffed, no dedication to their residents or staff, no compassion, and the residents are not happy there. The new management is pathetic. The director of nursing has no compassion and lacks knowledge of even the most basic things. She is never able to answer our questions, very rude, and always in a hurry to get back to her office. She didn’t even know my loved one’s name after months. Very unprofessional and bossy. Overall would never recommend to anyone. They lost all of the amazing staff they had that actually cared. Their loss.

This facility has gone downhill in the last few months. My friend has lived here for many years and is now ready to find a home elsewhere. A new management group came in. They over charge this person EVERY MONTH, and when you talk to "[name removed]", she is clueless and has zero customer service or desire to help correct the problem. Now Fairview has taken over sending the bill and they can't even get it right, you call them and they say "call Hillcrest". The new lady in charge of the building is so rude. She doesn't seem to care about the well being of the residents here. If you are looking for a facility for a loved one, this place shouldn't be on your short list.

I have visited my client here for many years. Recently management has changed and the overall communication and care has declined. My client has a set income and is always being charged WAY too much, which is very upsetting and to make matters worse, he never gets his personal needs money when he should.

Things have changed for the worse here. After the long time facility manager passed away (she was awesome), new management came in and they are down right RUDE (when you can actually get them to talk to you). The care has gone downhill. It seems like no one there has a clue about ANYTHING. I cant even get my client an accurate bill anymore, they are charging WRONG every month and they dont give the personal needs out which by law they HAVE TO! I would not recommend this place.
