This is a terrible company to take care of your loved ones, they send out young caregivers all them said they have anxiety and depression issues and all of them on medication. The office staff asks them to report to them everything you say and do without the caregiver's knowing the entire circumstances of what your going thru. Many of the caregivers don't want to do the things that need done. They only want to visit or do the things that they want to do or leaving a chore part way done. If a caregiver gets sick the office staff will not, I repeat will not have someone to replace that caregiver. If your belongings get ruined or disappear it is your problem. Don't trust the [name removed], Or. staff

The care givers need to be more professional. One let go of mom to pick something up off of floor. She fell. The evening shift lady started leaving early but billed for the whole shift.
