Do not send your loved one to the Care center! The staffing is terrible. They mandate to cover their positions and any given shift will have someone who has already worked 8 hrs either nurse or CNA. all the RN's have left except for management. The unit manager is an LPN with little medical knowledge. The food is terrible! The social worker just left as well. They failed the state survey including the re-survey.
