This is a non-profit facility run by nuns, so they were often operating with a very low budget. The facility itself is older and they haven't done much in the way of renovations. The low budget also was a big factor in the quality of the food, it could get pretty bad when money was running low. The food was one of the main reasons we looked into moving my Uncle out.

Reasonable price, but old and not the warmest or easiest to move around. Restrict people with walkers to first floor which limits space available.
