My mom was walking across a room with guidence when she arrived three years ago, she could barely stand only 21 days after arrival. She can use the restroom, yet they won't take her and use diapers. She is in a garage where they shut the door and can not hear her. The nurses all have little training if any and the owner would rather tie a patient to a chair with a sheet than look after her while she walks indoors. My mom's hair is matted so bad she may have to have it shaved. Not one caretaker nor the owner has cared.to wear a mask during this pandemic. I am getting her out of there this month. My mom is now totally reliant on 24 hour care and they have no such thing there anymore. The owner is getting older and dementia is likely. I loved this place on paper and the fact that my mom did not have to go to a nursing home, but this is no care home, it's a stay here til you die home.

the owner is very rude and the facilities are well below standard. the owner thinks it's her house and has refused to let family in to see their loved ones.
