Horrible! Only if you want to rush the death of your loved one!!

Can't believe I'm the first one to leave a review on this horrible facility! The spouses, caregivers, and patients themselves are either dead, too busy, or not computer savvy enough to warn others. Just go around supper time to the benches outside and you'll overhear family members speaking of their fear of leaving for the evening! The typical call bell takes 20 to 30 minutes to be answered leaving the patient to get up by themselves. [Name removed], the head nurse will strongly recommend you hire private care, (@ $20/hr...o, and conveniently they have a list!) especially at night, to save their butt from law suits, and help their budget. Must say the therapists did their best, but even they were burned out! Horrible place. Constructively, when the hospital is discharge planning, they rotate facilities. Do your homework, (and I know it's time consuming, but it's a MUST)!! My husband may still be alive if I could have got him into Glenview at Pelican Bay (which, incidentally, is the same price and Medicare pays). A good time to get the best idea is to physically go check them out around suppertime. You'll see!! Just ask for a washcloth for one of the patients that have nobody there with them. 30 minutes later...Best wishes.
