All locations are not created equal.

We have used Guardian Home Health on and off for two years. We have used a couple of different locations. This one here in Cleveland, has been really good to work with. The location in Chattanooga, however, the one run by Deb Long is awful. They were rude on the phone, and acted like they were doing us a favor. The nursing care was incompetent, when it was brought to their attention they said that it wouldn't happen again, but the next day it did. That landed my loved one in the hospital twice. They tried to blame us for their incompetence. The person answering the phone even was very hateful to me, and when I finally got the director on the phone, she told me I was going to have to look for another service.
