Overall we've had a good experience with Griswold. The caregivers have been friendly and professional, and any issues we've had with specific people have been correct immediately by the administration. I'd like it if there were more consistency in which caregivers were being sent, but I understand that may be difficult due to the hours we use them. One issue I'd really like to see them work on is to simplify their billing. You end up paying each individual caregiver a fee directly, as well as sending a payment to Griswold Special Care.
