Same care giver through out the week is most important factor. On job should pay attention to the customer and avoid phone use unless absolutely necessary in case of emergency. I would recommend their services to others looking for homecare.

Griswold Home Care was very good and super easy to work with. When my loved one had to go into the hospital we did not know when he was going to be out and they were considerate with the last minute scheduling. They always showed up and were on time. I would highly recommend their services to others looking.

There was a price increase this year, and I'm not sure I'm getting my money's worth anymore. Or else I wasn't allowing them to do enough, I'm not sure which. Communication with the office was pretty good, even on weekends. The care itself varied. Sometimes the people were very good, and sometimes not so good. One person spent all her time on her telephone. Another would come around and say what can I do now after she finished a task. And there were some that were in between.
