I thought they did very well. On our end, my loved one was not cooperative, to the point that we had to cancel services. But I thought they were very professional, accommodating, and friendly. They were very kind and patient about the fact that it didn't work out. I think everything would have been great had we been able to move forward with their services.

If I had to rate this agency I don't know where I would start. Do I base the rating on the coordinators or the care? My experience with this particular agency was a bit of a mind blowing experience. The coordinator (Shelley) was awesome although the follow through did not reflect her diligence. One caregiver that was assigned had a car accident the day before providing services and never made it. The second caregiver they assigned was a no show. After that they were never able to find a replacement and never got back in touch with me. Communication is definitely key! Thank goodness A Place For Mom worked with me to help me find the best options for my Mom. On the other hand my husband's Grandmother receives services from Griswold and she loves her caregiver!
